COMMON QUESTIONS FROM CLIENTS
How soon will I get better?
I collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans and goals. Each person’s process is different and so are time frames for treatment.
What are your fees?
We will discuss fees during our initial consultation. I am out-of-network for all insurance companies but will work with yours to provide whatever information they need for reimbursement (often 70-80% of the fee.) I accept Zelle, PayPal, checks and credit cards for payment. Payment is due at the end of each session, and I provide a monthly statement for insurance.
How long are your sessions?
50 minutes for adult session.
What about confidentiality?
All sessions are protected by client/therapist confidentiality and HIPAA laws. Online privacy is also protected by HIPAA safeguards.
Where is your office located?
Although I am based in Brooklyn, due to COVID19 I am mostly doing teletherapy with limited office visits.
